چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف طراحی الگویی نوین برای حسابرسی عملکرد مدیریت بر اساس رویکرد شبکه کنشگران و با تمرکز بر تعاملات پیچیده ذینفعان انجام شد. روش‌شناسی ترکیبی شامل بخش کیفی مبتنی بر نظریه داده‌بنیاد با تحلیل مصاحبه‌های عمیق با 17 خبره حسابرسی (شامل حسابرسان داخلی با سابقه حداقل ده سال، مدیران ارشد مالی و حسابداران رسمی) در سال 1404به روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی، و بخش کمی با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته (تدوین‌شده بر اساس یافته‌های کیفی) و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بر روی داده‌های 265 عضو جامعه آماری است. داده‌های کیفی با روش استراوس و کوربین تحلیل شدند. یافته‌های کیفی منجر به شناسایی پنج مقوله اصلی شامل شرایط علی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها گردید که هسته مرکزی آن‌ها تعامل شبکه‌ای میان کنشگران انسانی و غیرانسانی است. تحلیل‌های کمی نشان داد عوامل علی بیشترین تأثیر را به‌عنوان پیش‌نیاز دارند، عوامل زمینه‌ای در جایگاه دوم و عوامل مداخله‌گر به‌عنوان موانع کلیدی شناسایی شدند. این پژوهش الگویی منسجم ارائه می‌دهد که پیچیدگی‌های تعاملی را تبیین و به بهینه‌سازی نظام‌های نظارتی کمک می‌کند.

چکیده English

This research aimed to design a new model for auditing management performance based on the actor network approach and focusing on complex stakeholder interactions. The mixed methodology included a qualitative part based on grounded theory with the analysis of in-depth interviews with 17 audit experts (including internal auditors with at least ten years of experience, senior financial managers, and certified public accountants) in 2025 using snowball sampling, and a quantitative part using a researcher-made questionnaire (developed based on qualitative findings) and structural equation modeling on data from 265 of the statistical population. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Strauss and Corbin method. Qualitative findings led to the identification of five main categories including causal, contextual, intervening conditions, strategies, and consequences, the core of which is the network interaction between human and non-human actors. Quantitative analyses showed that causal factors have the greatest impact as prerequisites, contextual factors in second place, and intervening factors were identified as key barriers. This research provides a coherent model that explains the complexities of interaction and helps optimize surveillance systems.
