Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the impact of social responsibility on competitive performance, with the mediating role of competitive power in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange.
Method: This research is correlational and applied in terms of its objective. Data collection was conducted using a library research method. The statistical population includes all companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020, with a sample size of 110 companies. Panel data was analyzed using linear regression with SPSS software to test the hypotheses.
Results: The findings indicate that social responsibility has a significant positive impact on stable performance. Additionally, competitive power has a significant positive impact on competitive performance.
Conclusion: Competitive power serves as a positive moderator between the level of social responsibility disclosure and competitive performance, enhancing the overall competitive performance of companies.
Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of how social responsibility and competitive power interact to influence competitive performance, offering insights for companies and policymakers to enhance corporate strategies and disclosures.
