The results show that financial innovation is centered around the central category of cloud computing, fintech benefits, application of hardware brain, fintech opportunities and fintech ecosystem, which is formed under the influence of causal conditions. This process begins with causal conditions and leads to the formation of a central category that helps strengthen the performance of symbols and financial institutions by using strategies, and its consequence is providing new services, improving effectiveness and fertilizing the brain. Open economy, acceptance of innovation, and conditions of uncertainty are also among the conditions interfering with the financial innovation model, and improving the commercialization process, gaining competitive advantages, and achieving fintech solutions are among the strategies of the financial innovation model.
