چکیده
هدف اصلی این تحقیق طراحی و تدوین مدل افشاگری سازمانی در جهت کاهش فساد سازمانی می باشد. به همین منظور روش این تحقیق توسعه ای، پیمایشی و کمی می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران می باشد. روش نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی می باشد. حجم نمونه این تحقیق برابر 384 نفر تعیین شده است. در این تحقیق به منظور سنجش متغیرهای تحقیق از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. روایی این ابزار از طریق روایی سازه و پایایی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید گردید. در این تحقیق به منظور تحلیل داده ها از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نرم افزار مورد استفاده در این تحقیق ایموس بوده است. نتایج برازش مدل مفهومی استخراجی نشان داده است که این مدل دارای برازش مناسب می باشد. نهایتا مولفه های اثر گذار بر مدل افشاگری سازمانی در جهت کاهش فساد سازمانی ارائه شده است.

چکیده English

The main goal of this research is to design and develop an organizational disclosure model to reduce organizational corruption. For this reason, the method of this research is developmental, survey and quantitative. The statistical population includes all employees of medical sciences universities in Tehran. The sampling method is random. The sample size of this research is equal to 384 people. In this research, a questionnaire was used to measure the research variables. The validity of this tool was confirmed through construct validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In this research, structural equation modeling method was used to analyze the data. The software used in this research was Imus. The fitting results of the extractive conceptual model have shown that this model has a good fit. Finally, the components affecting the organizational disclosure model in order to reduce organizational corruption are presented.
