Organizational success means the effective achievement of goals that achieve the company's mission. The ability to understand and effectively use different financial skills, including financial management, budgeting and investment, etc., in the use of financial resources, has an effect on organizational success. The components related to financial literacy are constantly expanding due to the extensive changes in the world of competition and accounting. The purpose of this research is to present the financial literacy model of accountants for organizational success. The current research is qualitative. For this purpose, the ultracombination method was used. At first, 55 Farsi articles and 34 English articles selected from reliable scientific sites were scored using the critical evaluation program of the articles, so that the components can be extracted from them. The opinions of 15 experts were used to formulate the final model in the Shannon entropy stage. In the final stage of Meta-synthesis and Shannon's entropy method, 8 main components and 64 sub-components were finalized. The final model in terms of influencing organizational success was as follows: technical characteristics and financial management and risk management ranked first, then information management and personal components; Ethics; Communication management and community conditions and company human resource policies. This research has value in improving the accounting profession.
