Things like perception, memory, reasoning, decision-making, etc. are all things that cognitive scientists try to find and analyze cognitive and mental mechanisms related to each. The aim of the current research is to identify the factors influencing the financial decisions of managers with an emphasis on organizational intelligence and competitive intelligence and the inflated perception of literacy. In this article, the role and position of organizational intelligence and competitive intelligence and inflated perception of literacy as a cognitive bias on managers' decisions have been investigated. The current research method is based on the purpose of the research and the method of data collection.
The statistical population is the managers and auditors of the companies accepted in the Tehran Stock Exchange. The data were collected using a questionnaire. In order to estimate the model and analyze the data, the structural equation approach has been used. The research findings show. All general and partial indicators of the model were at an acceptable level; Therefore, the collected data supported the developed theoretical model to a great extent. Overall, the results of this research indicate the important role of bias errors on the individual decisions of managers and its reflection in companies.
