Background and purpose: Job Involvement as an individual-occupational variable is a very important predictor for employees' job behaviors because it is related to the characteristics of the individual's job and can play an important role in the employees' intention to continue or leave the service. In this regard, the current research seeks to explain the Job Involvement pattern of accountants using the gamification method. The method of this research was a descriptive survey and from the perspective of library and field information collection tools, it was done using interviews, and library and internet studies and information were used to formulate theoretical foundations. Based on the findings of the research, taking into account four dimensions, McIntyre's Job Involvement model (2018), the model of the effect of gamification on the Job Involvement of employees with the dimensions of personalization of processes, presentation of non-material points, visual presentation of results and material rewards by implementing the game approach Varsari was designed. The conceptual model has three educational layers, a game layer, and a psychological layer, which can ultimately lead to the fourth layer, or in other words, the behavioral layer. In the educational layer, there are structural, content and educational elements. In the game layer, there are structural and content gamification elements, and in the psychological layer, there are motivational solutions to meet the three internal needs of independence, competence and connection.
The research results showed Job Involvement is formed to a large extent by environmental factors and conditions. Therefore, the existence of things such as appropriate and sufficient salaries, opportunities for growth and development, safe and healthy work environment, social dependencies of work life, etc., as dimensions of the quality of work life in the organization, can be effective in creating job attachment.
