Investigating the relationship between special risk and investment of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange

Abstract
Investment is one of the most important issues in the capital market; So that proper management can affect the value of the company and can ensure the survival of companies by increasing future cash flows. On the other hand, corporate investment is affected by various factors, including corporate risks, which can have different opportunities and threats for managers. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between special risk and investment of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. For this purpose, during the eight-year period between 2011 and 2018, 143 companies and a total of 1144 year-companies have been studied. The present study is in the group of descriptive-post-event research in terms of applied purpose and data collection method, which has been investigated using composite data and Eveiws8 software regression models. Findings of the present study show that in general there is a positive (negative) and significant relationship between special risk and domestic (foreign) investment of companies in the study period.
