چکیده [English]

Background: Iran is a crisis-prone country and faces many natural crises every year. Crisis management is one of the most important issues and challenges in various industries that play an important role in the economy. Various models for crisis management have been proposed.
Methods: This study aims to develop a model of crisis management in the field of industry (Case study: iron ore mining industry). This research develops the crisis management model from the perspective of industry experts. It is a mixed method research. Therefore, the statistical population of the study is composed of experts who were selected by purposive sampling, 20 people as a statistical sample. Data collection tool was a fuzzy Delphi questionnaire. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by professors and experts. In this sense, after collecting the components from the literature and rotating the Delphi technique questionnaire three times, it reached the model accepted by the experts. Finally, the AHP method was used to rank activities at each stage before the crisis, during the crisis and after the crisis.
Results: The results indicate that the pre-crisis stage is the most important stage of crisis management and insurance management and contract management is the most important activity. The most important results were obtained during the crisis phase, information management and financial management, and in the post-crisis phase, transformation management and knowledge management.
