ارائه مدل کسب و کار مدور شرکت های کوچک و متوسط مبتنی بر نقش توانمندساز فینتک

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل کسب و کار مدور شرکت های کوچک و متوسط مبتنی بر نقش توانمندساز فینتک، است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش هدفمند قضاوتی، از نظرات 25 نفر مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت های کوچک و متوسط فعال در صنعت خودرو، مستقر در استان تهران و همچنین اساتید دانشگاه استفاده گردید. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ فرایند تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در دو مرحله ی شناسایی مولفه های مدل از طریق ابزار مصاحبه و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و نیز غربالگری مولفه ها از طریق ابزار پرسشنامه و روش دلفی فازی انجام شد. با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق در مرحله شناسایی مولفه ها بااستفاده از تحلیل مضمون و در طی مرحله آشنایی با داده‌ها، 87 مورد از شواهد گفتاری شناسایی شده ازمتن مصاحبه ها در قالب 47 کد اولیه، 12 تم فرعی و سپس، یک تم اصلی دسته‌بندی شدند. در مرحله دلفی نیز تمام مولفه به تایید خبرگان رسید و در نهایت الگوی تحقیق رسم شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد مدل نهایی تحقیق شامل 12 بُعد اصلی فرآیندهای خلق ارزش؛ شراکت ها و همکاری ها؛ پیشنهادات؛ فرآیندهای تحویل ارزش؛ مکانیزم های درآمد؛ مشتریان هدف؛ مزایای کلی؛ گزاره های ارزش؛ ارزش برای شرکا؛ ارزش برای مشتریان؛ ساختار هزینه و گزینه های تأمین مالی است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to provide a circular business model for small and medium companies based on the enabling role of fintech. In this research, the opinions of 25 managers and experts of small and medium sized companies active in the automobile industry, located in Tehran province, as well as university professors, were used in this research using a purposeful judgmental method. The process of data analysis was carried out in two stages: identification of model components through the interview tool and using thematic analysis method, as well as component screening through the questionnaire tool and the fuzzy Delphi method. According to the findings of the research in the phase of identifying the components using thematic analysis and during the phase of getting to know the data, 87 cases of speech evidence were identified from the text of the interviews in the form of 47 initial codes, 12 sub-themes and then, A main theme was categorized. In the Delphi phase, all the components were approved by the experts and finally the research model was drawn. The research results showed that the final research model includes 12 main dimensions of value creation processes; partnerships and collaborations; Offers; value delivery processes; revenue mechanisms; target customers; general benefits; value propositions; value for partners; value for customers; Cost structure and financing options.
