According to the findings of the research in the phase of identifying the components using thematic analysis and during the phase of getting to know the data, 87 cases of speech evidence were identified from the text of the interviews in the form of 47 initial codes, 12 sub-themes and then, A main theme was categorized. In the Delphi phase, all the components were approved by the experts and finally the research model was drawn. The research results showed that the final research model includes 12 main dimensions of value creation processes; partnerships and collaborations; Offers; value delivery processes; revenue mechanisms; target customers; general benefits; value propositions; value for partners; value for customers; Cost structure and financing options.
