According to importance of the accounting Conservatism, this study examins the impact of the Operating Cycle and Ownership Structure on the companies Conservatism by C-Score Method. The financial information of 80 companies Listed are analyzed in Tehran stock exchange within the period (2006-2010). Pool data model according to Limer testing are used for regression coefficient. Liner regression model in security Level 95% with helps of spss and Eviews soft wares are used for testing hypotheses, for investigating Operating Cycle effect and Ownership Structure (independent variable) on companies Conservatism Level (dependent variable). Result of hypotheses testing show a meaningful and positive relation between Institutional Ownership and Conservatism Level of companies, further more a meaningful and positive relation exist between Operating Cycle and Conservatism Level of companies. But meaningful relations aren ̉t found between Block holder and Conservatism Level of companies. طول مدت چرخه‌های عملیاتی موجبات اقدام مدیریت بر بکارگیری سطوح متفاوت محافظه‌کاری را در اثر شرایط مختلف بازار و ساختار مالکان فراهم می‌آورد. با توجه به اهمیت مفهوم محافظه‌کاری حسابداری در این تحقیق به بررسی تأثیر چرخه‌های‌عملیاتی ‌‌و ‌ساختار‌مالکیت بر سطح محافظه‌کاری شرکت‌ها به روش C-Score پرداخته شد. بنابراین اطلاعات مالی80  شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در دوره زمانی (1389-1385) بررسی شد. با توجه به ‌آزمون لیمر برای برآورد ضرایب رگرسیون از مدل داده‌های تلفیقی (Pool data) بهره گرفته شد. جهت آزمون فرضیه‌ها و بررسی تأثیر چرخه‌های عملیاتی و ساختار مالکیت (متغیر مستقل) بر سطح محافظه‌کاری شرکت‌ها (متغیر وابسته)، از الگوی رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره در سطح اطمینان 95% به کمک نرم افزارهای spss وEviews  استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‌ها نشان می‌دهد بین ساختار مالکیت نهادی با سطح محافظه‌کاری  شرکت‌ها رابطه‌ای مثبت و معنادار، و همچنین بین چرخه‌های عملیاتی با سطح محافظه‌کاری شرکت‌ها رابطه‌ای مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. اما بین ساختار مالک عمده با سطح محافظه‌کاری شرکت‌ها رابطه معناداری یافت نشد. https://www.jmaak.ir/article_7501_21e8cadba9839cd22bc29597866632e3.pdf
