تاثیر چرخه عمر شرکت بر رابطه کیفیت افشا و ساختار سرمایه

چکیده

دراین مقاله سعی شده است تا با انجام تحلیل های آماری به روش داده های پانل بر روی جامعه آماری فراهم شده، نشان داده شود که موقعیت یک شرکت در چرخه عمر خود چه اثری بر رابطه کیفیت افشا و ساختار سرمایه می تواند داشته باشد. جامعه آماری مورد استفاده در این تحقیق شامل 189 شرکت در دوره زمانی 1391-1387می باشد که در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران حضور فعال دارند. با استفاده از ابزار نرم افزاری Eviews  و SPSS پس از آزمودن فرضیه های ارائه شده نشان داده می شود که در هر دو مرحله رشد و افول از چرخه عمر شرکت رابطه معنی داری بین کیفیت افشای اطلاعات حسابداری یک شرکت و ساختار سرمایه آن وجود دارد، در حالیکه اینچنین رابطه ای در مرحله بلوغ دیده نمی­شود.

چکیده [English]

This article tries to show what is the effect of company’s position in its life cycle on the relationship between expose quality and structure of fund, having done statistical analysis with panel data method on provided population. The used population in this research includes 189 companies at the period of 1387-1391 which are active in Tehran stock exchange. Using software tools, Eviews and SPSS, after the examination of presented hypo the sizes, it is showed that in both of stages, growth and wane, from life cycle of a company there is a significant relationship between expose quality of billing information of a company and its structure of fund, while such a relationship is not seen in the maturity stage.
