بررسی رابطة هوش های معنوی و هیجانی با استرس شغلی حسابرسان

چکیده

نقش و جایگاه هوش های معنوی و هیجانی در کنترل استرس بر کسی پوشیده نیست. زمانیکه این موضوع در رابطه با حسابرسان مطرح می شود موضوع ابعاد جالبی به خود می گیرد. هدف پژوهش فعلی بررسی رابطه هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی با استرس شغلی حسابرسان است. روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل حسابرسان شاغل انفرادی  عضو جامعه حسابداران رسمی در سال 1395 می باشد که تعداد 56 نفر هستند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس های هوش هیجانی سیبریا شرینگ، هوش معنوی جامع آمرام ودرایر با هنجار ایرانی و پرسشنامه استرس شغلی فیلیپ رایس استفاده شده است. داده های بدست آمده با استفاده از روش آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد مولفه های هوش معنوی و مولفه های هوش هیجانی بر استرس شغلی حسابرسان اثرگذار هستند.

چکیده [English]

The role of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence on stress is so clear. When the issue arises in relation to auditors and auditing work, it can be interesting. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence & spiritual intelligence and job stress of auditors.
To collect data we used Siberia Schering scale of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence of the Iranian norm Amraam Vedrayr with job stress questionnaire of Philipp Reis. Obtained data were analyzed using Pearson correlation. The results show that the components of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence affected job stress of auditors.
